Account Executive Position

Power Performance Marketing Consultants has an immediate position available for an outside salesperson (Account Executive). The position is commission based. There are no caps on commissions and Account Executives can earn monthly residual income on the accounts they service. Only serious candidates should apply as our application process is thorough and longer than what you might be accustomed to.

The Account Executive Will Be Selling:

• Our Exclusive Power Marketing Program (you will learn the details of this unique program during the pre-screening process)
• Additional Marketing Fulfillment Services (i.e. web design, video production, graphic design, etc.)
• Our Automated Follow Up System (AFS)

The Account Executive will be responsible for the following:

• Following up on business leads generated
• Cold calling new prospects
• Attending networking events

Video Producer Position

Power Performance Marketing has an immediate opening for a Video Producer (or Video Intern). The position is contractor-based and the candidate will be paid on a per job basis (an independent contractor). Typical job payments will be $250 to $1000 per production.

The Video Producer will be responsible for the following tasks:

Shooting professional videos for clients.
Video editing and post-production.
Using Final Cut software and other video tools.
Using, managing, and taking care of video production equipment.
Meeting strict deadlines.
Interacting professionally with clients.
Optimizing videos for online viewing.

Optimal Candidates will have:

Experience with Final Cut or other NLE video software (Mac experience preferable)
Have strong moral values and integrity.
Be a hard worker.
Be able to work independently without oversight.
Must be detailed and able to follow specific instructions.

100% of all video production will be onsite at our clients’ locations. The Video Production Producer will need reliable transportation to job sites.

Compensation and Benefits:

The Video Producer will be paid on a per job basis. PAYMENT schedule is below:
Single 3 minute video production (Bronze Package) – $350
1 Homepage Video, plus 4 sixty second “sub-videos” (Silver Package) – $675
1 Homepage Video, plus 10 sixty second “sub-videos” (Gold Package) – $1050
Standard Video Production – 30% of sales order
Advanced Video Production – 30% of sales order

The Video Producer will work as an Independent Contractor, and not an employee, providing the producer with special benefits such as: plenty of freedom, ability to work independently, and payment of entire earned income (payment and calculation of taxes will be the responsibility of the intern. Medical benefits are not provided. Hours can be determined on a week-by-week basis and there is not a need to “clock-in and clock-out” on a daily basis.   Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company will be made available when possible.

Executive Assistant Position

Power Performance Marketing has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with the owner of the company and will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Secretarial Functions:

Answering phones
Maintaining Owner’s Calendar
Scheduling Appointments
Making follow-up phone calls
Maintaining company database

Management Functions

Making Bank Deposits
Preparing Commission spreadsheets for sales staff
Preparing invoices for customers

Online Functions

Keeping Social Media sites updated
Posting videos on company’s video hosting sites

Marketing Functions

Extract contact information for mailings
Printing labels for mailing team
Mail drops for Bulk Mail Entry Unit

Compensation and Benefits:

The Executive Assistant will start out making $12 an hour with opportunities for raises twice a year. Initially, the position will be part-time—20 hours per week. The Executive Assistant will work as an Independent Contractor, and not an employee. Medical benefits are not provided. Hours can be determined on a week-by-week basis and there is not a need to “clock-in and clock-out” on a daily basis. Much of the work can be done remotely, as long as the Executive Assistant has an internet connection.
